Here's what most people don't realize: Summerlin isn't a city. It's split between the City of Las Vegas and unincorporated Clark County (Summerlin South), and that line decides your court. City-side citations go to Las Vegas Municipal Court; Summerlin South cases go to Las Vegas Justice Court — both inside the Regional Justice Center at 200 Lewis Avenue downtown.
